Our journey to Family Connection Services LLC
The decision to start Family Connection Services LLC grew out of a deep-seated passion for serving our community and a commitment to helping human beings navigate life’s most challenging transitions. With a strong background in health science and medical assisting—where I graduated summa cum laude and served as a Student Ambassador—I have always been driven by meticulous attention to detail and a desire to provide compassionate, high-quality care. I realized that families in Maricopa and Yavapai Counties needed more than just a monitor; they needed a professional who understands that the "heart of the matter" is child safety and the inherent need for children to feel loved, valued, and connected to their parents. I founded this business as an independent, solo-owned LLC to offer a mobile, neutral alternative to institutional settings, allowing families to rebuild trust in natural, comfortable environments.

The values that guide our work
Our work with families is anchored by a set of core personal and professional values that ensure every visit and exchange is handled with the highest level of integrity. We maintain unwavering neutrality, acting as a balanced third party to respect all individuals while protecting children. Safety is our primary responsibility, backed by an active Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card and comprehensive $1M/$2M liability insurance. We uphold professional integrity, adhering to the highest standards, including compliance with Arizona Rule 81, from intake to documentation. Inspired by the courage and persistence we’ve seen in our own lives, we also embrace compassion and perseverance in all interactions.

Trauma-informed and neutral environments
Being trauma-informed means recognizing and responding to the profound impact that separation, abuse, or neglect can have on family dynamics. We create an environment where children and parents feel secure, respected, and involved in the process, ensuring safety and predictability. Families are partnered with to create individualized visitation plans that meet their unique social and cultural needs, emphasizing strengths rather than deficits. By using a mobile model, visits occur in familiar community locations—such as parks or zoos—to help children feel more comfortable and less stigmatized than they might in a rigid office setting. Neutrality ensures that the professional monitor remains an unbiased observer focused solely on the child's well-being, with an impartial monitoring approach not influenced by personal opinions about either parent.
